:( not enjoying this new shape

I've spent my entire pregnancy waiting for my bump to come and now that its here I want it gone. Don't get me wrong I love the fact that my baby is growing but I'm running out of shirts to wear, and I can't afford to spend money on myself, with 7 weeks left until baby gets here all my money is being saved up for mat leave. And to top it off my cousin is getting married and I'll be 36 weeks  and I just spent three hours trying on dresses and couldn't find a single one that didn't make me feel like a cow. I'm only 32 weeks, if I feel like a  cow now I can't imagine how I'll feel later! I don't really have a question, or an issue, I just needed to get this out. I tried explaining it to my mom while trying on dresses but she just scoffed and blamed hormones (I'm so tired of people blaming my emotions on hormones btw!! Its like I'm not allowed to have feelings just because I'm pregnant, if I say something that someone else doesn't agree with I get 'oh that's just your hormones talking') ugh. I'm not even in a bad mood. Just a ranting mood. And my bestie lost her phone so I don't have anyone to rant too. Please feel free to rant back and tell me what's ticking you off lately!

I kno how you feel. I am running out of everything even my pjs and I can't afford anything. I'm 32 weeks id rather go naked then wear something tight and uncomfortable.  Just 8 more weeks I think it do able. But I do agree xl men shirts r great thrift stores. Yupp gotta hit those up.

Awe cheer up buttercup! You haven't much further to go! I've been trying myself to work with what I have. I'm broke to so fully understand not having a dime for clothing! And when I woke up for church I had a meltdown trying to locate something decent! So I literally cut the top off a super short super to small dress and made a skirt right quick and wore a long blouse. My husband kinda just stood watching afraid to say anything. When he did he just stated when your back to a size two I don't want to hear a damn thing about you doing that to your dress. I just glared at him lol needless to say it worked out and I was naked at church ;)

I'm right there with ya dear. I'm so done with the preggo body. I had a wedding and kept it comfy. Black capris and a nice flowy shirt from the DEB because maternity clothes are ridiculously expensive.

And I was told just moments ago that typical "oh your pregnant and sensitive"......no, I mean it!!

Church was great today, but the moment everyone waited for was the meeting of fathers on fathers day. And what annoyed me bc was not that they were yelling at each other or notgetting along.. They were very genuine with one another as if they knew each other already. Nice you would think. Myfather exploded when he got me alone and I'm pregnant so I'm already an emotional wreck and this man is tearing me up even more saying he's controlling and a liar.. and I'm looking at my baby father like well he did get upset when I didn't properly introduce him to my friend in front of my dad and friend.. Then offers to drive my dad to the station and later leaves it on me.. Ugh. I feel regret, hurt, upset, annoyed and billions beyond.

I hear you on the shirts :( since my baby dropped my shirts are all too short...I have been buying regular summer/maxi dresses from kohls that look super cute and ill be able to wear them after baby (and some of them I will be able to breastfeed in- yay) lol I'm 38+6

Check out a good will or second hand store, Ive found some maternity things there, and you can just buy some larger size shirts that cover the belly. Im 31 weeks and feel rediculously big, so I know how you feel!

I just wore XL men's shirts because they are made longer than women's shirts. Much cheaper than maternity shirts.

Good call on the shirt. I've been using my tube tops as makeshift belly bands (I think that's what they're called) the bands that make up the difference between your shirt and pants and hold your pants up when don't button them up.  Thanks for putting up with my rant :)

No rant here. Lol! As far as maternity clothes go. I lived in those longer stretchy cami tanks toward the end of my pregnancy. You can buy them at wal mart for super cheap. Just put a button up shirt, UN buttoned over the top. Just a thought!! You will miss that tummy when its gone!!  :-)
