i usually have my period for six days. on the third day yesterday the bleeding stopped and is dripping today august27 as if it will stop in the evening
Hey there, to answer the question about testing while menstruating, no the bleeding shouldn't interfere with the test result, assuming you read the test within the time stated and there was a line in the test window, that means a positive test, however, positive reslults can be given falsely if the dye has run, fortunately this doesn't happen very often. It is possible that you will still have your periods whilst pregnant because it happens, but generally bleeding especially accompanied with any pain should be reported to your doctor, I suggest making an appointment with your doctoe asap and confirming the pregnancy and see about making sure everything is ok with you and the baby. I hope this was helpful and good luck to you whatever happens :)
It seems like your pain is cramps from a normal period
i've never taken a pregnancy test while bleeding
You could still be pregnant but you may not
if it seems to be like a full period and last as long as one
you probably aren't but if it stops soon
take another test to see.
Bleeding will not cause a positive pregnancy test. The only thing that will cause a pregnancy test to show positive is the presence of HCG(pregnancy hormone) in your urine. If you think you're pregnant and you are having bleeding and pain you should go to the ER. You may be pregnant, you may not be pregnant, you may be miscarrying, it could be something unrelated to pregnancy. The only way to know is either be seen by your dr or go to the ER for the bleeding.
