Joceey can you tell me where to go?? I'm in el paso also!
damn and that was at your regular doctors office,
what a bummer!
hopefully i get a matured one!
i think thats all that matters!
one that is willing to do the job correctly :)
I think that's pretty neat. I just paid $150 at my doctors to get 5 4d pictures. The normal tech wasn't there and the one I had was young, probably fresh out of school. She talked way too much and didn't work while talking. So while the baby was facing forward she sat there talking, then the baby rolled to the back when she actively tried to get pictures. Then they asked if I wanted to pay to come back. Ugh, definitely not. Good luck to all of you with yours! Hopefully you'll get someone with more experience. At least you'll get an hour at the college. I had less than half an hour.
just look for a college in your area, you can ask them? o;
idk how you would look it up online,
just i guess write the college you have nearby or whatever
and ask if they do free ultrasounds:)?
How do I go about looking this up online. My last ultrasound was my gender one and I won't get anymore. I only have 4 weeks left but if it's free why not lol I'd love to see my little man again before he makes his arrival.
Wow I never thought about that!! I live in Denver soi bet they have somewhere here. Thanx girly:)
yes you ladies should all check it out,
i bet we all never get tired of seeing our lil one on the screen!:)
hope you find some college that does it! and best of all its FREE! :DD
best wishes to all you mamaaas!
Oky now i definately want to check it out. This got me super excited i get a sono gram every visit to my doctor and now i would love to help out someone with interest of makin a change
A sonogram is the safest procedure you can have during pregnancy. There are some women that have to have them once a month throughout their entire pregnancy and there babies are not harmed because of it. And there's really nothing that can go "wrong" during a sono other than they reveal the wrong gender of the baby.
haha it doesnt hurt the baby
and at some point, they will be a sono technician and will be doing it
so basically they need to start somewhere
which its not much of practicing but learning.
Mabe its just me but j wouldnt want anyone praticing on me or my baby lol. Just not for me although they do it here in nc as well
I'm in Canada ...its free for me OHIP covers it
Im hoping they are 3d for mine! i wanna see how she looks already!
They told me over the phone it came with a dvd, but i was too excited to ask if it was 3d and 4d sonogram. xD
ill be 33 weeks by then!:D
I've never heard that! Most definetly looking it up
I'm in Cali and had one it was nice mine was 3d only but got to see a lot :) they gave me pics no DVD though :/
I live in Minnesota and had one done at a local college. It was an hour long, half hour per student, but it was just the standard ultrasound. That's not to say other schools don't do 3d or 4d. I'd just call around and ask.
I live just outside of San Antonio and I have one scheduled with my drs for $150. I'm definitly going to check into this lol.
Nikihans what have you heard?:)
do you know if they do it 3d or anything like that?
I've heard good reviews about this college here too!
just hoping it is 3d and 4d :)
I live in Michigan and haven't had one at a college myself but I've heard good things about the few around here :) it's great practice for them!
I'm in Australia all mine are covered by Medicare I don't pay...
texas, el paso!
and i searched it up online, i think they do do the 3d and 4d ultrasound
im soo excited! i hopee soo though
and yes they are FREE. (:
i guess since they need to practice.
you should try looking for a college that may offer it.
I am doing it at southwest career university.
