I was doing really well but them morning sickness and fatigue hit. I've been good for two weeks but I've been eating horrible on the weekends. When my husband is home he caves to my every craving which is horrible! This is my second and I know it's going to take a bit longer for me to get back in shape. Don't want to go crazy.
Go on YouTube and look up prenatal workouts.
Thanks @showard022 I will be trying that out! And yeah I have been doing squats because I loved my butt and now I don't know it isn't looking as good as I am use to, lol. I have been pretty lucky I don't really crave them things mainly healthy stuff but I had all day sickness for 16weeks so I lost all motivation to keep fit!

Heres my plan..
Im gonna do squats for my booty..
Ride bike for an hour everyday
And have a strict diet..
Cutting out sodas and junk really helps a lot..
I looked up safe ab excercises. I walk, and do planks. Also squats and standing crunches. There is also an excercise I don't know what it is. lol Stand straight stetch out you right leg and left arm and bring your no knee to your opposite elbow. Also with you arms at shoulder length and you knees at hip width lift and stretch out you right arm and lift you left leg while keeping you back straight. Another is laying on you side with your hand resting on you hand lift you leg as far as you can. All of these of course do to both sides. I do 3 reps of 10 of etverything. Kind of hard to explain but found them all on a safe ab workout during pregnancy
