If were together, but I go for food stamps or medicaid, they wont go after his checks will they? Or make him do child support will they? I'm in az.

They might add him to your case and it impact your support. .. I decided otherwise.

If you aren't going to use his income then they might they will ask where he is.

I have heard they do go after the babysfather check I would ask someone in your state if they have done it and what happened
