I deal with the same thing every night and am 22 weeks. I find it helps to sleep with your head propped higher and put a pillow underneath your back and hips. Switch sides frequently
I slept god during the 1st trimester lol bc thats all i wanted to do all the time. now its like I can barely sleep blah. Not fun at all!

Ugh I do the pillow between the legs EVERY NITE and it doesnt seem to help. I wake up and cant sleep after that i toss and turn. I need a good pill to knock me out so i dont feel it....suggestions lol. I go to the dr on thursday so I am going to ask then what I can do.
Yes! It's usually in my hips and shoulders though.
I have been dealing with the same thing. I get 2 hrs of sleep before I wake up with pain in my side leg and back. I can't go another night like this. Going to buy some pillows to see if that helps.
I've been suffering from the samething since i was about 14 weeks. I have spd though. I've found that wearing a maternity belt helps a little and sleeping with a pillow between my legs helps out. They say prenatal yoga and stretching before bed helps out too.
Im 30w+3d and i get back ache and left hip ache cos i try to sleep on my left as much as possible, not that i get much sleep, couple of hrs here and there lol
