bd's family
To start off my bd and I are not together. His family is also the problem. His gma smokes in the house so it reeks of smoke while his aunt has a bf who is in jail. His mother who only lives down the street has a drug and prison past and his step dad does and sells drugs. I want the bd and his family to have nothing to do with the baby out of fear for him. Hes going to take me to court. How can I get him to not get custody of the baby?
He wants at least half custody, but I dont feel comfortable with that. And we cant seem to compromise on anything. Can I ask judge for only supervised visits? And how early can I ask judge before baby is born?
Hard to take baby away from mom so as long as ur doing your part u should be fine..
He says that his home is a "fit environment" as well so how can I prove its not? But thank you(:
