period frustration

My period started Jan 8th-June 30th. Then started back up July 5th-Oct 26. The Nov 1st- to now my period is still going. How do I monitor my ovulation when I'm so irregular? The doctors don't even know if I'm fertile. Does anyone have similar problems Or advice/knowledge? My husband and I really want a baby, and I don't know if  I can even hold upon my end.

My doctors don't take me seriously, maybe because I'm younger and this would be my first. I feel like my biological clock is ticking and my desire to have a baby gets so extreme. Especially since my husband is 39 and we are hoping for two.

Hey hun I just wanna say I've been there. I was diagnosed with pcos which is a common source of irregular periods when I was just 12. It can make it hard to conceive due to the fact that sometimes you don't ovulate and even when you do it's hard to track it!  I would definitely see a doctor asap to do testing and possibly find out why you are irregular. I am overweight and lost just 30 pounds and ever since my period was regular pretty much every month. There are definitely things you can do to help and it all starts by finding the source. Best of luck! P.s I WAS finally able to conceive after 8 months of trying bust sadly I lost our baby a few weeks back. Just know it IS possible it just may not be as easy as it is for some ladies. My best advice is just to be calm. Don't rush it and don't forget to enjoy sex!
