birthing ball
I'm 36weeks and 5days and baby is engaged. And my back is really starting to hurt and keep getting period pain like cramps in my belly and lots of pressure down below and I was thinking of getting a birthing ball but don't know if it's worth it. has anyone else got one and helped them??
I have one I'm 35+4 and baby was prosteriour but sitting on the ball has got baby antiriour now. Sometimes sitting on the ball roling my hips helps my back pain sometimes it dosent
I think I'm gonna give it ago I know some people use one to get the baby move down but mine has been head down since less than 20 weeks but only just got engaged and I'm getting alot more pains now she's engaged and I really don't wanna go over
