chest pain that wraps across my chest to my upper back!!!

It started earlier today around 5 I get a sharp pain all across my chest and into the top part of my back. It hurts to breathe when this happens and it feels like I have a knot in my throat. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and not sure if its just heartburn. But it doesn't feel like heartburn at all. This is way more  painful and it comes and goes. Has anyone had this before?!?!

I have had this the last week or so I asked my widwife today she said to keep an eye on it and if I feel heart quickening go to the hospital straight away

Its a possibility it maybe gas trapped which can be really painful. I have had it my entire pregnancy and the only thing that help was either a ginger ale or some tea.

Could be serious! I'd get it checked out... It could be just heartburn, but it could also be gallbladder or heart! I would definitely call your doctor
