I drink lots of water and eat fruit and high fiber foods. Helps a lot!
Increase your fibre intake, go for a long walk as that stimulates your bowel into working and forces it down, when you're on the toilet, rock your pelvis back and forth slowly while pushing gently (do NOT strain) and again the movement encourages it along x
Eat a few fiber 1 bars at the same time lol if nothing else works, try milk of magnesia. Got me going immediately and after a few days of having to use it I'm back to normal. drink LOTS of water and eat fruit/veggies. Stay away from hard cheese and red meat

Benefiber is what my doc recommended. It's made from some kind of bean. Not a laxative, so by your definition it's "natural." It's just fiber. There are also some very effective fiber gummys.
Miralax that's what my doctor told me to take
Oranges are a great natural laxative.
I didn't personally try this but it worked for my daughter. A high fiber diet works great!
