I don't know exactly why you can't have green tea but it was one of the things on the list of things I can't eat that te doctor gave me. So I just stay away from it which I really hate not being able to drink it cuz that's all I drank before I got pregnant. : /
Coffee is actually fine as long as you don't exceed 200mg of caffeine a day I believe. 1 cup a day is fine. Best of luck
Why can't you have green tea ?
Yes, as long as they are cooked properly (not runny) its suggested that you dont eat deli cheese and meats, or from buffets etc. Lessen the amount of prepackaged products (including prepackaged salads etc) and increase your fruit and veg intake. Meats and fish are 'supposed' to be cooked properly all the way through (no med-rare). But you will get told aloy of what/what not to do. Just do what you think is best. There are women out there that have eaten all of the above throughiut and have had a perfectly healthy baby. Just be semi cautious. Some of the 'risks' with those foods are low and others are a great deal higher.
Thank you lol I was a little worried hahaha
Yes you can eat eggs I just made egg salad today for dinner :) just they have to be cooked fully yolks and all.
I know things with high vitamin c you want to try to avoid cuz you can only have a certain amt of vitamin c a day.
No green tea and coffee
And certain kinds of fish but I'm not sure what kinds exactly
