I am a ftm 6wks 4days am I allowed to eat over easy/medium eggs with the yolk still runny?

I eat them like that all the time you are fine its ok to eat them that way

im a ftm too. All they told me was eggs are good for you, but they never told me any specific type of way to cook it or whatever.

As long as not raw its fine. Eggs are a good sorce of protein & B12! Helps with energy. Wity runny yoke does not mean its raw! As long as the whites not runny ! :)
