why ?
Ok so why is it better to lay on your left side ? I struggle w/ this because im so much more comfortable on my right but the baby moves non-stop when I lay on my right side && is still when I lay on my left..
iv layed on my right side most nights throughout my pregnancy as its soo much comfier, it is fine to lay either side
That's right, the left side is just better for circulation but right side is fine
I believe there's a vein running through your back that supplies blood to the baby and lying on your left prevents you from pressing down on it while you're asleep. Therefore not obstructing the blood flow to your baby.( or something along those lines) but my doctor said either left of right would be fine. Left is better but right doesn't harm either. The worst is supposed to be lying on your back.
