fast resting heart rate

Anyone else have or have had an issue with a fast heart rate while resting/sitting. I'm assuming it's got something to do with increased blood volume or hormones. But it's really exhausting and sometimes I just want to relax and my heart won't slow down. 32 weeks.

Yea I try but it's so frustrating sometimes and getting frustrated makes it worse lol

Yes! I have that too. I told my doctor about it and she said it's completely normal. She said to stay hydrated and take deep breaths and you should feel better. I'm 31 weeks!
