first trimester

I'm sooo terrified of having a miscarriage. I feel like I'm stressing myself out but I can't help it. I really want this baby. Is there anything I can do to prevent one or help myself calm down about the whole thing?!

Its normal to worry about children and once its here u will still worry about it. But with that being said you can't let it take away this joyful time. Pregnancy is a wonderful blessing from God. Listen to ur body and try not to worry so much about what could happen BC that consumes you. Also reading the what to expect when your expecting book helped me a lot. It explains in detail what to expect and what's normal and also what's not so I didn't stress all the time. I'm on my 2nd pregnancy 14wks and still reading that book again. I am worried in the back of my mind but don't let it take away my joy on the blessing I was given. I've had two miscarriages and also told that having kids would be impossible so I try to enjoy every min of it.

definitely a scary thing. I cried and prayed to god some days. but here I am with a baby boy 30 wks..moves non stop!

when i was in my first trimester , i was worried too .. im the type of person to consider everything in my head, cause i feel like if i dont think it it will happen . but there is no point stressing over it . just enjoy the experience , if your worried talk to your doctor or a friend whos been pregnant or is. and take care of yourself :)

Its really hard not to stress. After I found out my boyfriend left me so I'm going through this alone and every cramp or anything scares me. I'm trying to do things but I don't work and I feel nauseous and tired all the time so most if the day I sleep or take it easy

I was the same exact way. Always scared, always stressing. And now I'm going onto my 3rd trimester Wednesday :) just enjoy your pregnancy.  Don't worry about it.  Just take care of yourself.  No heavy lifting,  don't drink or smoke, most importantly DON'T STRESS :)  And you should be just fine.

Ok ladies...I'm high risk...my chances of miscarriage was pretty high...I took it very easy! I slept when I was tired, ate anything I craved...I gave my body everything it wanted! And I refused to let myself think about losing my baby. I concentrated on things that made me very (not baby related) happy! I hope that helps! Good luck ladies!

I feel the same way :( I miscarried 5 months ago and have just found out I'm expecting again :(
