With my first I didn't show until 28 weeks and by 32 weeks I was huge!

I'm 33w5d and ppl still say I'm Tiny and barely notice that I'm preg.  Everyone carries different. You'll get nice and round around 7 - 8 months :)

I was a size 0 weighing 115 before I got pregnant with my daughter in 2011. I literally didn't show til I was 7 months. And my baby was completely healthy.

The way you show has nothing to do with gender. Sometimes moms just dont show when theyre pregnant. It's nothing to worry about :)
