haha posting a ? for our friend--

so our friend and his fiance are expecting...(my baby shower friend lol).....well, between df and friend, they have come to conclusion that based on her EDD(jan 7) the baby is under question.....her conception(according to a calculator) is april 16....now, reading the other man's post about his wife, here's the question(and why i'm explaining to the guys it SHOULD be our friends baby lol).....
conception-april 16
edd-jan 7((REQUIRED C-SECT)

now, b/c of past pregnancy issues, the dr has already laid out the c-sect due date....if our friend's fiance were to go into labor(at all), she and the baby only have a 20% rate of survival.....therefore, the dr is obviously going to cut her BEFORE the risk of labor is posed....now she won't discuss these things, which is why the guys are.....

my ? is:::::if the dr is setting her for c-sect before possibility of labor, so how early would her schedule her, w/o harm to the baby? and does that alter her conception, since it's not her true due date?

Why do people have to lie? It's like, just be honest!!! Hopefully a paternity test will determine who this poor baby's father is once and for all!

lol...idk what to think......our friend is curious, b/c at the time he wasn't in the country(and even if you throw in the "extra" 3 days give or take, he wasnt home)...however, a male friend of hers WAS living with them at the time, caring for her H/C son.....hhuuuuuuummmm.....so apparently after our friend FINALLY figured out the conception date(about a week or 2 ago), he made mention to DF that there is no way....and our friend relieved df of his "post" and they are right, at the times they were gone, is when she concieved.....i used like 5 calcs online, and none of them make it possible.....if they take her a week early, say edd is truely jan 14, rather than 7, then she'd have o'd around 4-23....again, our friend wasnt in the country......

yea it does.....but it confirms what the guys are thinking.....my thought, was that if labor is pretty much "forbidden" then doc would schedule a c-sect BEFORE baby is rightly due.....

i think i meant to ask, if dr takes baby early, then she's not to term....therefore, would the conception apply to date of c-sect or EDD for VBAC(she had c-sect prev).....

Okay I re-read it again and I think I understand. The scheduled c-sec does not alter time of conception. She conceived on or around April 16. The c-sec is obviously for medical reasons and baby will be delivered early. But that doesn't change the fact as to when the child was conceived.

I hope that helped!
