I work in childcare and got headlice whilst pregnant. I used a product from the supermarket, but just check that it is safe to use during pregnancy!!
The one I used clearly said on the bottle, I had no issues :)

They sell an electric comb that kills the Lice on the spot when you comb your hair and it catches the eggs. I would say use vinegar forest and then use the comb a few times they your hair for a couple of days. It worked perfect for my sister and it contains no chemicals so it's wouldn't harm the baby.

You can use mayonaise. I had bad lice when I was younger and that's all that worked.

I used that stuff and my baby was fine.  I just made sure I did not bathe with it, showered it off immediately.  My 8 yr old daughter brought it home from school. They say dont use it if you are pregnant, but I wasnt going to get some expensive crap from the doc.  I am cheap and insurance doesnt cover much.

I got head lice when I was around 12 weeks. I didn't want to use the chemicals so I put tons of mayo mixed with tea tree oil all over my head. I then wrapped it with a shower cap and kept it in all day and all night. I repeated for a few days without washing my hair (it was over the weekend so I stayed home). I would rinse out in the morning and have someone comb through it and try and pick the eggs out, then reapply. During this time I washed all bedding and pillows then sprayed everything with a mix of tea tree oil and water. It worked for me. Good luck lice is horrible.

Tell your doctor there is stuff they can safely prescribe for it.

You can also use a really cheap, thick hair conditioner and put loads on your hair and comb through as usual. The head lice and  eggs can't hold on to hair strands so they just slide off. No  chemicals contained so no potential harm to you or baby
