heart burn

Does heart burn realy hurt that bad ? I coulnt even breath my heart was.feelng terrible!! How does heart burn feel??

Hi.  It's pretty darn uncomfortable, that's for sure!!  Your chest is literally burning, acid burps, pain down the center and also down your back.  but the constant burn sensation is probably most prevalent.  I had it something awful during my last trimester.  I ate a ton of tums and found that controlling when I ate or drank was the key.  I drank virtually nothing at night and ate small meals.  When I was thirsty, I'd snack on grapes for a bit of liquid.  It's rough.  Hang in there.
