heartburn hurts
How do i get rid of the heart burn? I havent been able to sleep because everytime i lay down to sleep i start getting heart burn. And its very painful
But don't take more than 4 within 24 hours, just take 1 at a time. Usually 1 will work but sometimes you may need more hope it works for you!
You can take tums or rolaids, I use rolaids and just taking one helps a lot it's safe for you and the baby
