Try Gaviscon a family member recommended it and the doctors say its safe I take it and it works for me cuz I use to live off tums lol
I take zantac 150 it works really wellbyou take it twice a day. My doctor recomended it, I'm 34+4 weeks and haven't had heartburn since I started the medics about a month ago. You can get it at any store that sells medicen for about 8 dollars a box
I take papaya extract. You can find it at health food stores and it's chewable and safe. I keep a roll in my bathroom, car and purse :)
My doctor has always told me to take tums....not sure if rolaids are safe but I know tums are completely safe
