help me please !! anyone else experience outter hip and leg pain?

I'm 22w4d and I've had such a warm tingling pins and needless sensation in my left leg. The outside of the leg. I get no relief. It's not the sciatic nerve but it's some nerve. Help ladies! Anyone know any home remedies or anything that helps. Please

I had the same experience with my first pregnancy.I know how frustrated you might feel. I had pins and needle pains on both hands and feet. And it did not go away even until days after I gave birth. I gave birth prematurely. Doctors often says take extra vitamin B complex, but I think its the excess water accumulation, edema. I am on my 18 th week now,  2 nd pregnancy. I am monitoring my diet so far no pins and needles for now thank god.

Chiro, cranial sachral massage, some people have luck with acupuncture as well.  I personally go to the pool for a few hours, and that tends to  relieve some discomfort.
