As far as not being able to sleep, its just the body getting you ready for your new schedule. Try to get naps when ever possible. Just saying!
So sad ladies, your man has to understand that this is also their responsibility and the least they can do is be understanding and supportive. Talk to him and tell him what you feel and are going through... Wish you all the best!
I feel the same way sometimes... im 39 weeks.now and between my frustration with everything and my hormones my fiance & I are arguing more right now. if the tylonal pm dosnt help try some benodryl (hospital's l&d told me to take it after one of my false labor visits) ... I dont use it often but ive been gettin more painful bh the last week or.so and the benodryl helps me sleep through most of the night
Yes all tylenol products are safe.
I know what you mean on feeling alone. My husband has had this attitude for the last few weeks. He wants to go out once a week to "unwind," doesn't want to spend time with our son, help around the house, and he just got home from being gone all weekend to an antique car show. He just told me that he could care less about looking at the family pictures we just got done.
Is it safe to take tylenol pm ladies????
I am 31 weeks and Tylenol pm is amazing I have a lot of back pain and can't sleep or can't get comfortable but it really helps and I don't wake up to go to the bathroom every five mins

I'm 36+1 and I catch myself feeling the same way at times! It'a the worst when me and my fiancé are fighting, I cannot sleep or eat :( try to relax and have you tried Tylenol pm for sleeping?
