im 18 and 12 days late

im 18, my period has been late by 12 days now. i took a test when it was 8 days late, and another one today, but both where negative, what does this mean?

could i be pregnant? or could there be something wrong

The only other way to know for sure is to get a blood test.

It could be stress or inproper diet. Or you may just be having a irregular month. If the tests are negative your most likely not.
