what are the odds of havin another miscarrige? i just had on in dec an my husband wants to try again. he has no kids of his own i hav a son who treats like his own but he wants to have a child, an i dont think im really ready yet. i mean i will love to hav a child im just so scared that im going to loose it again what should i do? p.s i ovulate april 3,2008

i know just how you feel...and i am sorry to hear about your loss..i had a miscarriage in November and got pregnant again in January....i am now 12 wks 4 days with a healthy baby....just let your body heal and try again when your ready :) Good luck

Most women have 1 m/c in their lifetime. 1/4 pregnancies end in m/c, therefore you have a 25% chance of it happening again.

I got pregnant right after my miscarriage and had a beautiful baby girl a year ago!

I am sorry for your loss. I myself had a miscarriage in december and will try again in april, but everyone is different. you should really be emotionally ready before trying again. That being said, the odds of having 2 miscarriages in a row are slim.Good luck.
