Sounds like round ligament pain to me. I've been taking occasional baths with Epsom salt and soaking for 20 minutes before bed. It helps relax your muscles. Also, body pillows are a great way to stay on your side and still be comfortable and feel supported. It helps me not move as much in my sleep.
