My bf and i are deciding to stay with his parents for about 6 months until we have enough saved to have our own place because they have more room in their housr, and im so worried about his mom and dad telling me how to takr care of my baby and trying to do everything. its not that i dont trust them but im not sure how to approach the situation about them basically BACKING OFF.. they are already up our *** with my bfs first baby and i just wanna say "let us handle it ourselves" but i feel rude and i dont wanna hurt their feelings.. i dont want his mom moving our **** around or his dad telling us what to do with the baby.. any advice?

move out.....thats really all I can think of. Hell im worried about anyone visiting us after baby is born cuz I know they are going to try and tell me what I should do....In my own home!!!!! but I'm not shy at all and I will tell them to back off lol You can try having a conversation about it with them, explaining that you want to learn on your own and you dont mind advices but nothing more then that....but they are still going to butt in, I think its human nature to want to help and maybe over help sometimes. I say move out as soon as you can. Find a nice little cheap place, even if its small, at least youll have your own small spaces and no one can tell you what to do in your home unless you let them.

There's really nothing you can do, it's their house. They're always gonna have an opinion. That's how it was when my husband and I lived at my parents house for about a month. We would tell them to let us learn, and nothing changed. Good luck though.
