Everytime I sneeze or cough I get really bad pain ( like muscle spasm) in my lower abdomen. Is it normal or should I be worried!
Have you been sneezing and coughing a lot lately? If so then it could just be a pulled muscle. I got a cold a few months ago and I was really sore in my lower abdomen because of all the coughing
