kegal exercises?
I know this may sound like a silly question but how exactly do you do kegal exercises? My doctor told me to do them to help strengthen my muscles down there but I'm not exactly sure on how I'm supposed to do them lol. So can someone please explain it to me?
What exactly do kegals help? I mean obviously it strengthens muscles but what else does it help do?
Imagine you're tryin to refrain yourself from passin gas or peeing lol. The object is to lift and squeeze those muscles.
Tighten like you're trying to hold something inside your vagina then release. Do it over and over for a while
