I just realised i said toys instead of tips :(...wow
Just breath an try not to think about it.
Talk to your Dr/midwife before you try it. There are risks involved. Castor oil works by "cleaning you out", which uses a lot of the same muscles as labor and can stimulate contractions. However, it might just give you diarrhea and dehydrate you without starting labor. It might make your baby pass meconium in the womb which can be very dangerous (if not deadly) if baby aspirated it at birth. It's not one I'd ever choose to use when there are pressure points and sex and nipple stimulation.
Thanks for the input and does the castor oil really help?
Breathing techniques and knowing what's going on. Education is vital, as are coping strategies. Whether you plan on an epidural or not, you're most likely going to have some time if no pain relief where you'll need to know how to cope. Check out birth without fear for positive birth stories/pics/videos. And good luck! I'm eighteen days away from my due date with bub #2 and I'm staring to get anxious. But I've done it before and I know it's 100% doable!
I have 14 days left 38 weeks tomorrow and I so want him out im thinking of trying cator oil
