labor???? yes no??? HELP!!!!

Ok so Im 39+4 and three days ago my doctor told me to get raspberry leaf tea.. I've been drinking 3 cups a day..Ok so I've been to hospital before for contractions but they felt Nothing lileave they feel now.. they hurt in my lower back, waist, upper thighs and vaginal area.. they are 8 minutes apart and lasting between 45-55 seconds.. they are so extremely painful and do not go away when I change positions or anything..

I showed my parents my times.. my stepdad blurted out we're not going to the hospital untily water breaks or he sees a head.. because I've been 3 times since I was 34 weeks

Can I soak in a warm bath to ease the pain??? They're every 6 minutes now

That's crazy that they stopped them. I've never heard of that if they're 3-5 mins apart. Where did you buy the tea?

Well theyre crazy,  they shouldnt stop them anytime after 37 weeks. Or 39.
