labor???? yes no??? HELP!!!!

Ok so Im 39+4 and three days ago my doctor told me to get raspberry leaf tea.. I've been drinking 3 cups a day..Ok so I've been to hospital before for contractions but they felt Nothing lileave they feel now.. they hurt in my lower back, waist, upper thighs and vaginal area.. they are 8 minutes apart and lasting between 45-55 seconds.. they are so extremely painful and do not go away when I change positions or anything..

If they're 3-5 minutes apart and you're 39 weeks they won't stop them they should be doing things to help dialate you. Good luck hope they get closer

I went in when I was 39+1 and they stopped them

They wont stop your contractions. Youre too far ahead.

She won't induce me until Im a week overdue... now I have diarrhea (tmi)

My pregnancy counselor told me to follow the 4-1-1 rule then head to the hospital.
4 minutes apart
1 minute in length for
1 hour.

I have the same problem but opposite from you! I'm dilated enough to be admitted but I'm not having any contractions! So frustrating!
