labor???? yes no??? HELP!!!!

Ok so Im 39+4 and three days ago my doctor told me to get raspberry leaf tea.. I've been drinking 3 cups a day..Ok so I've been to hospital before for contractions but they felt Nothing lileave they feel now.. they hurt in my lower back, waist, upper thighs and vaginal area.. they are 8 minutes apart and lasting between 45-55 seconds.. they are so extremely painful and do not go away when I change positions or anything..

Sounds like time to me!  I hope they keep u cause most hospitals want them at 5 min apart!  Good luck

Walking and sex will help. Maybe since your so close your Dr would induce you if your contractions are close enough?

But if Im not dilated they'll just give me medicine to stop them and send me home  :( anything I can do to help dilation while I wait??

Sounds like labor is near. Keep timing them. When they become every 3-5 minutes, lasting a minute long for an hour than go in.
