coffe??

Ok so I have always been a heavy coffe drinker and now that im pregnant icut back alot so ijust drank half a cup of coffe with like one teaspoon of instant and I feel like my heart is racing! I've never felt kike this. Does this happen to any one else?

Yea I havent had any in a few days thats probably why. Haha iknow ihave no energy without coffe hahaha

I have had coffee with every pregnancy. American pregnancy association says a couple cups a day is fine. How can you function otherwise?! I noticed that happens for me if i havent had coffee in awhile

I was getting all worried haha. But I layed on my side for a min and it went away my poor baby is probably all anxious with the caffine!  But when I dont have any I get bad migraines

Yes! Same thing! It makes me shake and sweat and I can't form a whole thought when I drink the amount I used to! Its terrible! Haha but I'm okay with the cut back, poor little guy probably doesn't like a lot of coffee either :)
