man problems...

Im 21 years old and my husbad and i got married 3 years ago.. right out of high school. Weve been through alot together, i had a large tumor removed from my spine last year and his mom passing away.. weve always been a really good team. When he found out i was pregnant he was not very happy or excited about it, but hes always known theres no way i was get an abortion.. hes been mostlu supportive but he has his days where he doesn't want to do this. I know its mostly because hes just scared... he didnt have a good example of being a parent. Im 19 w 3d now and i keep thinking he'll come around but im really scared im gonna lose my best friend and i really could use more positivity. Any advice???

Keep trying to stay positive. Only time will tell if once the baby comes he still doesn't want the baby then you will need to get the strength for you and your child to separate from an unhealthy situation if it becomes that.

Sometimes people get scared when they hear the word BABY . I agree its normal and you guys have been through a lot. Make sure to not resent him for the lack of connection because this could change when the baby is born . I'm sure he will come around and when he does I'm sure he will make a wonderful parent. Good luck and congratulations.

Once the baby comes he will act differently. The baby will bring  joy in both of  your lives.

Involve him as best you can. I let my fiance pick out our son's name and always keep him updated on my drs appointments.

Like you said, he's probably just scared at the moment. Men don't get to feel the connection we do while pregnant. But I'm sure as soon your little gets here he'll be extremely excited. Just give him time (:
