Yea seriously cuz I use to be on ambien a long time ago and altho it worked wonders on getting me to sleep and keeping me there I had hella troubles waking up from it and melatonin works for me but in higher doses than 3mg so I'll take it fir now then ask my doc if it can be upped or not

If ambien is safe... melatonin DEF should be, Its all natural, Ambien is a high grade sleep medicine. Lol i was told melatonin was fine by docs and all my searchings online. Everyone has different opinions though, melatonin doesnt work for me tho, also was told tylenol pm and benadryl are perfectly safe as well :)

I was told by my ob I could take melatonin. They had me try that then a unisom then Tylenol pm, so either of those you could try. Non of them worked for me so I had to be put on a anbien which is prescription sleep aid. Good luck.
