There are a handful that are very safe to take during pregnancy. I started out with just nausea thay kept getting worse and then became so sick I couldn't keep anything down and was becoming dehydrated. If it can be handles naturally that's excellent, I just don't want to see anyone suffer the way I was due to fear of meds
Thank you.. I'm looking for natural things but if the doc says certain meds are okay then I'll be fine I'd hate to risk my baby's health..
Stash makes a peppermint ginger tea that's good! (It might be hard to find now though its called white Christmas) I was also helped by sour things. I always have limeade or seltzer with lime juice, even keep a pack of those ice breakers sour candies in my purse. Unfortunately mine got so bad I now take zofran for it. So if you become miserable don't be afraid to call your Dr and ask for something. You don't have to suffer.
Raw peppermint ! Yes little green leaves...also lime/lemon and salt like if you were drinking a corona, but ofcorse without the beer :) good luck.
I saw something about lime juice and water.. If you freeze it in ice cube things bits supposed to help but I'm not sure.. Thank you!
