mucous plug...
im 39w+4 and i havnt lost my plug... im due in 3 days and i dont recognise any changes... i walk loads. so much so my back and legs, knees and feet are in agony end of everyday!
i drink Red raspberry leaf tea everyday and pineapple juice... bounce on my ball but i guess he just doesnt want to come out.
any advice or anything because i just really want to meet him now xx

no i have stretch and sweep the day after my Due date. ewww im not doing that with the whole pineapples lol. oh my. didnt know you couldnt have a sweep if your not dialated :-(

We are due on the same day! And I've tried everything too! My doctor tried to do a membrane sweep but I wasn't even dilated enough for that. Ugh! This is the worst. I hate the waiting game. I wish he would just come. I really don't want to be induced.
The pineapple doesnt worl you have to eat like 7 fresh pineapple including the core yuk! Maybe sex with an orgasum? Orgasums can cause contractions.
