Ultrasound at 36+5 and now im confused :/

This is loooong so bare with me. I included a lot of information so hopefully no one gets confused. I had an ultrasound today. I'm 36+5 and due Nov 16th. I keep/kept very good track of my periods and such thanks to an app i have on my phone. So heres some facts to help you ladies better understand before i begin with my concerns:

LMP (1st day): Feb 9, 2014
    (Last day): Feb 13, 2014

Days i had sex in Feb: Feb 14&24, and March 1, 16, 22

Conception date: im thinking more than likely the 24th.

Positive pregnancy test: March 8

EDD: Nov 16, 2014

Ok now when i had my 18 week ultrasound they said my EDD was being calculated at Nov 23rd. Possible yes. He decided to leave my due date at the 16th based on the fact that i was pretty confident when i conceived. My other 2 babies were small and im tiny so my ob was like you probably just have small babies.

So at 28 weeks i got another u/s. I measured at EDD being Nov 26. Meaning i would have conceived march 1st to March 9th. Still possible but i would have gotten a positive pregnancy test merely a few days after conception.

Today i go and my EDD is measuring Dec 1st. Putting my date of ovulation as march 10th. I got a positive test march 8th! So thats impossible. I explained this to my doctor again and he wants to repeat the u/s Tuesday. But now im worried. Every time i go in, she measures further and further behind. Im 36+5 weeks and shes measuring 33+5. Shes only 4.5 pounds. Im super worried :(

If you've made it all the way through this post, thank you. Im sorry its long but im hoping someone will have some in site or a sonographer will be on here and see this. Im super nervous theres something wrong with her. Help. :/

Thank you Veronique. My 1st daughter was 7lbs3oz and i had her at 39+4 and my 2nd daughter was 6lbs9oz and i had her at 39+0. So both of them were smaller. I still have a little over 3 weeks to go (hes inducing me on my due date of Nov 16) so even if she only gains half a pound a week she should be at least 6 pounds which is a good size and normal for me. Like DAT said i really need to ask if they are basing her being behind on overall growth (bones and all) or just weight. If its just weight, id say shes probably ok. It just freaked me out when they said she was measuring 33 weeks because that would be impossible.

My sister in law just had her baby and during the last month doctore told her the baby was only about 4.5 to 5 pounds but u need to rember the last 4 weeks baby grows so much ever week and whem she had the baby he was 6.9 which is a good weight so the baby gained like 2 pounds in 4 weeks so i wouldnt stress about thw size because ur baby has like 3-4 weeks left to grow!

@Dadat47 thank you so much. Thats reassuring to here. I will be asking about measurements at my next appt Tuesday. I should have asked more questions today but i was so confused i wasnt even sure what exactly to ask. Now that ive had time to think and review my dates i know what ill be asking. Hopefully shes just tiny like my other 2 and no problems.

Based on everything you state, your due date is Nov 16.  If you can get the measurements from your last scan and the gestational age at which it was done, PM me and I will try to help with your concern. Once a due date it  should NOT be changed. Your OB history shows you have small babies. Just need to determine if baby is genetically small or IUGR.   P.S. Ultrasound tech

Yes cheericee im pretty positive i conceived on the 24th. They count from the 1st day of your last menstrual period so the first 2 weeks you arent technically pregnant. Approximately 2 weeks after your menstrual period you ovulate and conception happens then 2 weeks after that youd get a positive test. Since i got a positive test March 8th, conception happened about 2 weeks prior being close to the 24th of Feb making my EDD Nov 16. If my EDD is Dec 1, i would have conceived around march 10 and considering i got a positive pregnancy test march 8th, that's impossible. Thats what they told me shes measuring though. Every time i go shes more behind. So either shes not growing properly or i don't really know...

She could just be a small baby hun. If they aren't worried and there isn't anything physically wrong that can find I'm. Sure everything is ok :-)

Yes same doctor and they didn't say anything about her bones specifically. I know they measured them because they showed me the femur and a few others i can't remember. They just said based on ultrasound, this is the EDD they were getting and they told me what her weight was/is.

One thing pregnant women always forget is that your first two weeks of pregnancy, you aren't technically pregnant. That's how doctor's calculate it. It's based off your period, not your actual conception date. If you have a 28 day cycle, you "conceive" on the first day of your period. Pregnancy math is confusing !

Are they only going by the us weight of the baby? Or are her actually measurements measuring small on the us as, well? Just asking bc I don't like how off doctors are on weight with ultrasound they can really only get within a pound. Have they said everything looks good with the baby as far as bones measuring normal etc? Im the baby is ok sweety just trying to to get a little more info to understand better :-)
