It is the same thing. Your mucus plug is typically bloody so its nickname is bloody show.
Whats the difference between bloody show and mucus plug some women feel its the same thing??? I know bloody show means ur bleeding
With my first I lost parts of my mucus plug but the rest came out when my Dr stripped my membranes at 41 weeks I had my bloody show then too I went into labor that day had my water broken at hospital though
