So I'm only 7weeks now, but I've already thought of a boy name and a girl name. Eli paul or elijah paul (whichever one flows better)(chose paul because its my fiances father's name) and for a girl I have chosen Elsa Elizabeth. I didn't mean to make them both 'e' names lol  I also liked laney or ava for girl names. But spencer (fiance) didn't care for either of them.

I like both the girl name and the Elijah Paul version.  Eli Paul is nice also, but if you say it fast it doesn't flow as smoothly, it starts to go like "elipe - all."  And you could easily have Eli as the nickname for Elijah.  You could do Eliza as well if you like Elijah, Elsa and Elizabeth.  Eliza Ava is pretty.  Would your fiance not even approve Ava for a middle name?
