need help (experiences)

For people who have taken online college classes while being a new mommy. The only next time I can sign up for is fall (aug 26th) & I'm due (sept 7th) . The lady said she doesn't recomend it with a new baby on the way ,but I'm getting really impatient because I've been out of class since march already. Please give your input ,only if you've acutally taken them ,I want to hear from people who've actually experienced thia situation. Thanks

After I had my daughter I did online classes and as long as you have a little routine you'll be fine plus its at your own pace so it really helps out I think you'll do fine good luck :)

oh ok, well im doing pennfoster online and i believe they service the entire US.  i am doing the medical coding and billing program and when i say it is at your pace it is 100% at your own pace!!! they send you each section as you go so you don't get overwhelmed with work to do, there are no deadlines and yes there are many options for help.  they have a live chat, they have phone numbers and email addresses of instructors and tutors who are there to help you.  With you needing certain classes i'm not sure if they do things like that where at a typical college you can take a few classes but i want to say they have a visual arts program!!!! i would definitely look into it and they are very affordable and offer numerous payment packages!!! i am paying 49 a month and thats it!!!!!

Im doing my school online...i start again in fall and im due in nov...i also have a 2 and 3 yo . This will be my third semester...and im studying to be a nurse. I wont say its not hard...cuz its hard. The hardest part is making yourself do the work on yourtime and meeting deadlines. I have no family to help so its alot harder...my best advice is to use time wisely. When baby sleeps...work on school. If i can do it you can too! Good luck!

@ladyluv I'm looking to just take my general matg and/or reading classes for now because my major is visual arts so I just want to take the easy classes online. And I live in florida and due to thw fact that I had to move I had to transfer from art institute university in miami to valencia community college in orlando . What clasa are you taking online? And are you able to ask questions to the teacher incase you don't undeestand something?

P.s.-I've been out since march due to something that the person at the school forgot to mention to me,otherwise I would've finished my spring semester already and been ok with just that for now. But things didn't turn out that way because of the person that was giving me information.
