I put up a new journal about "the don't ask don't tell" policy, it's way too OT for the forum IMO, so check it out to leave a comment/opinion.

BTW just to get rid of any confusion ahead of time, I had a brain fart and forgot not everyone is from the US. Don't ask don't tell is the CURRENT policy for the military, if you're gay you can join you're just not allowed to be open about it. No one can ask you if you are, and you aren't really supposed to say you are because you can, and most likely would get kicked out. They're debating whether or not to make get rid of this policy.
