not a question just advice

Noticed all day today my baby moving so much. I'm only 19w4d but I can distinguish them. if u drink Gatorade and lay down on ur  back, wait like 20 mins and see how much baby moves. another thing I do is I crunch into a ball on my back and within 5 mins baby starts kicking more. try this it works like miracle 4 me.
