Damn these contractions are no joke!!! How did you ladies that decided to go natural get through them? I'm trying to relax and breathe through them but they're still super painful

Yes change positions! I had a natural birth 11 days ago, it also helped me to rock. Or even use a stress ball in each hand. Its tough to get through them but SO empowering to get through labor with no pain meds:)

But what helped me get through it was a focal point. I focused on the holes in the ceiling and count as I was having contractions and thinking it's all for baby he will be here soon

Keep relaxing and breathing and also change positions. You'd be surprised how much moving from your back to say doggy style wouldnrelieve lots of pressure

I got an epidural at 9 cm but only because they threatened an emergency c section because the contractions had him stressing but once I got it he calmed down. I didn't want to be cut but it was most definitely PAINFUL !

I made it to ten but then screamed so bad and begged for one. I don't know how people do it.
