Does anyone have a story they wana share about easy labor and delivery  ? Or just a positve story about what helped them with pain before the epidural ? I just get so sick of heearing horrible storys of how terrible it was  lol, its relly scary for us ftm or yu can just leave a positive tip for us ftm.. Im due jully 11th with a babygirl !

Awww ilove your story :) im 20 with my first and ive been doin erything to prepare for this birth, meditating  , deep breathing , keagals   u name it lol but ijuss wanted to here some stories of encouragement and love and thanku so much.

I was induced with my son and labor was a breeze. Painful yes but not what alot of people made it seem. I too loved it. My nurse rubbed my leg down to my foot everytime I had a contraction and it really helped then I got the epidural. It was fine!! Labor for 4 hours pushed him out in 21 minutes :)

I was in labor for 27 hours with no pain meds up untill my epidural and to be honest I loved labor and delivery it was so exciting and you realy don't have time to be scared when its actually happening I was 15 with my first so trust me hunny if I did it you can do it! My best advice for you befor the epidural is take deep breaths while your having a contraction it realy does work and do not squeeze the bed rails or anything else bc it makes them worse! Just relax and  breath and it will be over befor you know it! I'm now 18 and 18 wks with my son and can't wait for labor and delivery. I wish u the best of luck
