for the ladies with spd

Is there anything besides a support belt i can do for pain? I can't get a belt til tomo and I'm haven extreme pain.

All my doctor said was to get a belt and that its normal :/

Yeah I know how that is. My doctor was trying to tell me that with rest and a heating pad it will go away o_O .. she was trying to convince me its ligament pain

Man thanks for the input I was just wondering cuz I feel like a horse kicked me in the crotch :-( and I'm a stay at home mom so I don't do too much either of the day

Not that I am aware of. I got my belt in the mail earlier today and had it on for like 5 minutes before it was off again. It was more annoying to wear and I sit around the house all day anyway especially with all the snow and ice that we get.
