Herniated disks and pregnancy.

Hi!  So I'm very curious about this. I have about 5 or more Herniated disks which has been causing pinched nerves.  Before pregnancy that pain felt like somebody was stabbing me with a dull knife with a scale rating of 7. Pretty tolerable.  I have had this since I was  15. I am now 18. The reason it went untreated was because when I got an mri and xray a month after I was 16 I was lied to and said they didn't find anything.  However I went in to do physical therapy and my therapist actually found the problem.  Lone behold it was disks.  I could've had it gone right away but the doctors lied.  So now I'm stuck dealing with this.  I am 11 weeks pregnant. I literally cannot stand for more than 10 minutes without excruciating pain.  I end up crying because of it. It feels like it has gotten worse since being pregnant.  Could my back hurt my baby or cause concerns? I have my first ultrasound sound Monday.  But advice beforehand would be appreciated thanks!

No.  But I might ask my doctor Monday and see what she says.  I'm hoping it's just me being paranoid.  :(
