I believe every hospital in the U.S does it.
I know mine did when I had my son 4 years ago. And I had a matching hospital band and I was the only one able to get him out of the nursery.
All hospitals do it its called a lo jack bracelet
I never knew this . Lol I thought it was just amazing. :p im a ftm clearly lol.
I just asked a friend who just had a baby if her hospitals did it, & she said no. which I find Strange cause her hospital is newer.
I hope when I have my baby they do that to my baby. I don't think anybidy should mess with new mothers. I haven't given birth yet but I am already crazy protective over my unborn baby.
Yes i LOVE that they do that!!!! There is some crazy ppl in the world so its reassuring!! They also give "dad" a braclet too! Well in my hospital they do
No all hospitals don't do it actually. Mine isn't. But there is only one way in or out of the maternity ward that is heavily guarded
Yea and when the baby is close to you it plays a little song so there's also no way to mix up your baby (:
My Hospital does it and now there is no Nursery at my hospitals. The baby stays in the room for everything.. if something is wrong there is a place but babies stay with mom now I love that
My hospital doesn't have nursery either. They do everything they need to right there in your room. The baby doesn't leave your room unless there is something seriously wrong.
My hospital does it too. And while they have a nursery you have to request, or have something be wrong for baby to go there. Otherwise they stay with you even for tests and baths etc...
